Located in Irondequoit, NY, this mixed use property will consist of seven new buildings on 2.5 acres with construction to begin in the Spring of 2013.

When completed I-Square will include an art gallery, outdoor amphitheater for 400 spectators, community learning center, rooftop gardens, retail, restaurants, office and residential space.

I-Square also has the goal of making this a green, environmentally responsible, and energy efficient project.

I-Square is owned and operated by Irondequoit residents, Michael and Wendy Nolan.
